From June 16th Art-centre Exposed and ARS Gallery mark the opening of their new location with a joint exhibition featuring paintings and sculpture from several countries, including Russia, Argentina, South Africa and America. Over 40 works and 13 artists will be featured in the exhibition.

In May 2023, after ten eventful years in Shabolovka Street, Art-centre Exposed, founded in 2013 by Scottish businessman and art lover, Ken Climie, has changed its location and, in collaboration with the Moscow gallery of contemporary art, ARS Gallery, opens its doors at 52c11 Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, next to the International House of Music (opposite the Svetlanov Hall of the MMDM).

Along with a new website, this step marks the next stage in the development of Exposed, based on close cooperation and partnership with ARS Gallery, aimed at strengthening and expanding its presence in the contemporary art scene. The alliance of professionals represented by Exposed and ARS Gallery are united by the same mission and goal – to demonstrate beautiful and thought-provoking works of art from many corners of the world, combining modern Russian talent with eclectic international influence; allowing visitors not only to see and interact with such art, but also to acquire it, with art critics and professionals ready to help in the areas of investment and finance. In addition to exhibition activities, our specialists have experience in conducting musical events and various creative evenings.

The works of our resident artists, who have passed strict selection, are kept in private collections around the world and have been exhibited in Russian and international galleries such as the New Tretyakov Gallery and the Manege Central Exhibition Hall (Moscow), the Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), the Grand Palais (Paris), Melrose Arch (Johannesburg), Florence Biennale (Florence).

2023 marks not only a new location, but also a new chapter in the life of Exposed and its cooperation with ARS Gallery. Our teams will focus on promoting a number of very talented but lesser-known artists, enabling them to present their work at curated solo or mixed exhibitions, as well as supporting our visitors in the world of art investments by providing a full range of services, such as consultation and selection of paintings, fine-art photography or sculpture; assistance with legal issues (for example, accompanying documents and permission to export abroad); advice on restoration and interior design.

Our opening exhibition, ПЕРЕЗАГРУЗКА (RELAUNCH) will feature works by artists from various parts of the world, including Argentina (wood / multimedia), South Africa (silicon bronze sculptures), Russia (pastel, oil paintings, mixed media, installations, bronze sculptures) and America (oil paintings, acrylic and lace).

Further information about our future programme will be announced soon on our websites and social networks. The Exposed and ARS Gallery team is looking forward to meeting you and is excited to once again become a guide to the world of contemporary art at this new stage of our journey!
